Dimensions, board grade, print, and quantity — all matched to what you are shipping. Less air in transit means less damage and a lower cost per unit. We make folding cartons, die-cut shapes, and custom shippers from 100 units up — and we stock common sizes for next-day dispatch. Our corrugated cartons are made by our sister company Jamar-Pak (formerly jamar-pak.com).
Why size matters
A standard “universal” carton is usually 30–40% empty air.
You pay for that empty space twice — once when you buy the carton, and again when the courier bills you on dimensional weight. A carton cut to your product cuts both costs, and it protects the product better because there is less room for the contents to move during transit.

The standard slotted carton — fast, cheap, sturdy. Most common format.

Specs
Flute and grade — what most buyers don't ask, but should.
Specifications can be cut to grammage on request. For high-volume shippers we also test box compression (BCT) and edge crush (ECT) on production samples and certify against your spec.
A shipping carton is the first thing your customer sees.
1-colour flexography
Cheapest. Logos, single-colour patterns, address marks.
Multi-colour flexography
2–6 colours direct on kraft or white. Standard for branded shippers.
Print on coated white
Photographic colour quality on a white-coated micro-flute board.
Full-colour offset (litho-laminated)
Premium unboxing surface. Used when the shipper is also the gift.
In e-commerce, the outer carton is often the first physical contact a customer has with your brand. It is worth treating it like a brand surface, not a logistics expense — even one-colour flexo with a tight logo and a sentence on the lid changes the unboxing.

What sizes can you make?
Any size, within the practical limits of our sheet-fed machines. Send the product dimensions and we will confirm what is possible.
Can you print our logo on the cartons?
Yes — see the print options above. Send a vector logo (SVG, EPS, AI) and we will quote with print included.
What is the minimum order?
25 units for stocked standard sizes; 100 units for custom dimensions. There is no upper limit.
Do you offer recurring supply for warehouses or e-commerce?
Yes. For buyers with predictable monthly volume, we offer a stored-die contract path: we keep your dimensions and print on file, hold buffer stock, and ship against monthly forecasts. Contact us about regular supply for pricing.
Do you ship to other EU countries?
Yes — we have regular shipments across the EU. Pallet shipping for full loads, or courier for smaller orders.
